Iftar Mahfil Held at Habiganj Agricultural University

An Iftar Mahfil was organized at Habiganj Agricultural University on Monday in observance of the holy month of Ramadan. The event took place at Grand Nawab Restaurant, adjacent to the university, with the presence of Professor Dr. Syed Sayeem Uddin Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor of the university.

The Iftar gathering was also attended by faculty members from Sylhet Agricultural University, faculty and staff from various departments of Habiganj Agricultural University, officials from different agricultural, fisheries, and livestock departments in Habiganj, as well as prominent social, political, and cultural figures of the district. Students of Habiganj Agricultural University also actively participated in the event.

Before Iftar, a special prayer was offered for the overall development and prosperity of the university and the country. The Vice-Chancellor and organizing committee members expressed their commitment to arranging similar events regularly in the future.

Guests at the event appreciated the initiative and remarked that such gatherings play a significant role in fostering harmony, unity, and goodwill among students, faculty members, and the local community.
