The Institutional Email Service has been officially launched at Habiganj Agricultural University (HAU) under the initiative of the ICT Cell. This service aims to improve modern communication systems and facilitate the exchange of information for faculty members, students, and officers.

Under this service, faculty members and officials will use email under the university's official domain (hau.ac.bd), while students will have email access under (student.hau.ac.bd).

The inauguration ceremony took place on Thursday, February 13, at 10:00 AM, with Professor Dr. Syed Sayeem Uddin Ahmed, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of Habiganj Agricultural University, as the Chief Guest. During his speech, he stated,
"The use of institutional email will make academic and administrative activities more efficient and streamlined. It will play a crucial role in research, communication, and data management for both faculty members and students."

The event was attended by department chairmen, faculty members, and administrative officials. The program was hosted by Lecturer Abdullah Al Mamun, Team Lead of the ICT Cell.

Students expressed positive feedback regarding the new service, stating,
"This initiative will be highly beneficial for us, as a reliable email system was necessary for academic work."

The ICT Cell of Habiganj Agricultural University is optimistic that this initiative will enhance academic and administrative efficiency, allowing students to access improved digital services.
