Md. Shamim Uddin has a strong background in veterinary parasitology and is an enthusiastic person. He began working as a lecturer in March 2024 at Habiganj Agricultural University's Department of Parasitology. He has been actively engaged in research and teaching ever since, promoting parasitological studies and helping students advance academically. He is passionate about using innovative, outcome-based teaching techniques to advance student learning and is proficient in curriculum creation, research, and instruction. Veterinary helminthology, entomology, protozoology, and molecular parasitology are his areas of interest. He is committed to researching parasitic illnesses, zoonoses, and their impact on animal health. For undergraduate and graduate education, Md. Shamim Uddin has also created well structured course outlines to ensure students acquire both theoretical and practical knowledge in parasitology. He wants to increase his knowledge and help create long-term control plans for parasitic illnesses by going back to pursue a degree in molecular parasitology. Through research, education, and curriculum innovation, Md. Shamim Uddin is still dedicated to furthering the field of veterinary parasitology.
