Dr. Salauddin Yousup is a Lecturer in the Department of Anatomy and Histology at Habiganj Agricultural University (HAU), Sylhet, Bangladesh. He specializes in veterinary anatomy and histology, teaching undergraduate students and conducting research in morphology and morphometry.Dr. Yousup earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU) and completed his Master of Science (MS) in Anatomy from Bangladesh Agricultural University (BAU), Mymensingh. In the undergraduate level DR. Yousup was involved with some extracurricular activities. He was the former vice-president of “Rangdhanu-A Social & Cultural Organization”, PSTU; Member secretary of “BADHAN PSTU Unit” and member of “Veterinary Stude In the undergraduate level DR. Yousup is tremendously interested in research and academics and highly passionate about teaching and supporting students for their academic achievement as well as personal & mental improvement.A passionate educator and researcher, Dr. Yousup is deeply interested in immunology, molecular biology, histopathology, Taxidermy, Plastination, nutritional biology, and neuroscience. He has attended numerous training programs, workshops, and international conferences to enhance academic and professional expertise.Recognized for his outstanding academic achievements, Dr. Yousup received the prestigious Chancellor’s Gold Medal (2023), NST Fellowship (2022) and Dean’s Merit Award (2017). He is a registered member of the Bangladesh Veterinary Council (BVC), Bangladesh Small Animal Veterinary Association (BSAVA), Bangladesh Society for Veterinary Education and Research, (BSVER), Bangladesh Society for Safe food (BSSF) and actively participates in veterinary outreach, including farm consultancy, poultry treatment, and pet animal practice.Currently, Dr. Yousup is seeking PhD opportunities in anatomy, histology, or related fields to further his contributions to veterinary science
