DR. Musfika Anjir was born on July 8, 1997, in Gopalganj. She is currently working as a lecturer in the Department of Physiology at Habiganj Agricultural University, residing in Habiganj Sadar. She completed her MS in Physiology at Bangladesh Agricultural University in 2022, focusing her research on the "Mitigating Effects of Thymoquinone on biochemical, hormonal and reproductive performance in Phthalate-Treated Swiss Albino Mice," supported by NST fellowship. Her research findings were presented at the BSVER and BCSIR conferences. Her academic journey began with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University in 2019. In May 2016, she participated in a Poultry Survey Training titled “Strengthening National Capacity to Prevent & Control Emerging and Re-Emerging Pandemic Threats Including Influenza A in Bangladesh,” which enriched her expertise in addressing zoonotic threats. She is a registered veterinarian under the Bangladesh Veterinary Council and an active member of the Krishibid Institute of Bangladesh. These affiliations highlight her commitment to professional excellence and active engagement within the veterinary and agricultural community. DR. Anjir’s research interests lie in hemato-biochemistry in laboratory animals, reproductive physiology, immunology, zoonotic diseases and public health. Her dedication to advancing scientific understanding in these fields drives her academic and professional endeavors. Her foundational education was in science, having completed her S.S.C. and H.S.C. under the Dhaka Board in 2012 and 2014, respectively. Beyond her professional pursuits, she strives to inspire her students and peers, embodying resilience and determination throughout her journey.
